HICK Refund Policy

If your HICK purchase ain’t meeting your Hick standards, don’t worry — we got you covered.

You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back in the same Hick condition you got it in. That means no duct tape, bailing wire, BBQ sauce stains, or rodeo scuffs, please.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still attached).
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email).
  • Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

What we don’t take back:

  • Clearance or sale items (those deals are final, y’all).
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.
  • Anything that’s been worn, altered, or smells like last weekend’s bonfire.

Refunds

Once we get your return and give it a quick once-over, we’ll email you to confirm it’s been received and let you know if your refund’s approved.
If approved, it’ll automatically go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the quickest way is to return the item and then place a new order for the one you want.

Shipping

You’re responsible for shipping your item back unless we made the mistake (hey, it happens). We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we’ve all seen how the mail can wander like a lost calf sometimes.
