1. What’s HICK Clothing Brand all about?

Glad you asked, partner.

HICK Clothing Brand celebrates small-town roots, hard work, and that country grit that can’t be bought or faked. We’re proud to make rugged, comfortable, and authentic apparel for folks who still believe in dirt roads, long days, and doing things the right way.

2. How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 2–4 business days (we ain’t Amazon — we’re better lookin’). Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your gear hits the road.

3. Do y’all ship internationally?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, we only ship within the United States. But don’t worry — Hick pride knows no borders, and we’ll be worldwide before long.

4. What’s your return policy?

If your HICK purchase ain’t meeting your Hick standards, you’ve got 30 days to send it back in the same Hick condition you got it (no duct tape or bailing wire).

5. Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Sure thing! The easiest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want. We’ll get you fitted up proper.

6. What if my order shows “Delivered” but I never got it?

First off, check your porch, mailbox, neighbors, and maybe even your doghouse — sometimes packages wander. If it’s still missing, contact your local post office and then email us at support@hickwear.com.

We’ll help track it down faster than a coonhound on a scent.

8. What sizes do you offer?

We carry a wide range of sizes, from Small to 3XL, because Hick pride ain’t one-size-fits-all. Check our Size Guide on each product page to make sure your gear fits like a glove.

9. Do y’all make custom or wholesale orders?

You bet — if you’re lookin’ to stock HICK gear in your store or want something special for your crew, email sales@hickwear.com.

We’ll work with you to make it happen, the good ol’-fashioned way.

10. What materials do you use?

We use premium cotton blends that are soft, durable, and ready for anything — from workdays to wild nights.

Every HICK shirt’s built tough and made to outlast trends, tumble cycles, and tailgate parties.

11. How do I care for my HICK gear?

Keep it simple, cowboy:

  • Turn inside out before washing.

  • Wash cold, tumble dry low.

  • Don’t iron over prints.

  • Don’t wash it with your muddy boots.

Your shirt’s built to last, but a little care keeps it lookin’ sharp.

12. Is being called a “HICK” really a good thing?

You’re dang right it is.

“HICK” ain’t an insult — it’s a badge of honor. It means you’re hardworking, grounded, and proud of your roots.
